Here's a sample of the third-party organization reporting requirements and formats we support for our clients:

Walmart Supplier Sustainability Assessment

In 2009, Walmart announced a new sustainability initiative for its retail suppliers which includes the completion of a 15-question inquiry; the Walmart Supplier Sustainability Assessment. The Assessment was developed in large part to gain insight into, provide transparency for and help reduce environmental impact and costs associated with waste. Suppliers who score high on the Assessment are seen as leaders by retail buyers and gain a competitive advantage over competitors. More about Walmart Sustainability

EPA Climate Leaders

Climate Leaders is an EPA industry-government partnership that works with companies to develop comprehensive climate change strategies. Partner companies commit to reducing their impact on the global environment by completing a corporate-wide inventory of their greenhouse (GHG) gas emissions, setting long-term reduction goals, and annually reporting their progress to EPA. Through program participation, companies create a lasting record of their accomplishments and identify themselves as corporate environmental leaders. More about EPA Climate Leaders.

Carbon Disclosure Project

The Carbon Disclosure Project is an independent not-for-profit organization holding the largest database of primary corporate climate change information in the world. The CDP launched in 2000 to accelerate solutions to climate change by putting relevant information at the heart of business, policy and investment decisions. More about CDP
