Renewable Choice’s REC products, including American Wind and Clean Source, are certified by Green-e, the industry standard certification in renewable energy credits. Green-e audits and verifies Renewable Choice, as well as our wind farm partners, guaranteeing that all renewable energy credits meet stringent regulatory and environmental additionality tests and ensures there is no double counting of credits.

Our Choice Carbon is certified by the GHG Registry, administered by the Environmental Resources Trust (ERT), a highly respected Washington DC-based non-profit organization. ERT has developed a verification standard for carbon offsets that ensures the quality and credibility of ERT verified emissions reductions. ERT’s work is fully backed by Environmental Defense (the nation’s leading environmental group regarding environmental markets). Corporations which have relied on the ERT include Google, Wal-Mart, News Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and many others.
