Quayle Hodek, Chief Executive Officer
Quayle founded Renewable Choice and has led the company’s growth and development for six years. He oversees all company operations and strategic decisions. Quayle speaks frequently around the country about renewable energy and the fossil free future. Prior to founding Renewable Choice, Quayle served as director of business development for Zoom Culture, a media company based in North Carolina.
Kris Lotlikar, Vice President of Marketing
Kris is a co-founder of Renewable Choice and has helped craft its vision and strategy since inception. He implemented the country’s largest wind power rollouts with Whole Foods Market and Vail Resorts and also developed the first-ever retail renewable energy product. An experienced entrepreneur, Kris is committed to using consumer demand and market forces to promote sustainability. Kris has a background in political organizing and digital media.
Mark Buckley, Chief Financial Officer
Mark began his career with Deloitte & Touche, auditing companies in the technology, manufacturing and financial services industries. He later moved to TRG, a boutique consulting firm focusing on mergers & acquisitions. Mark also worked at Republic Financial and served as CFO for two early stage companies. Mark graduated cum laude with a B.A. in mathematical economics from Colgate University.
Aran Rice, Vice President of Sales Operations
Aran is responsible for sales strategy and management as well as overall corporate operations. He brings over a decade of operations and sales experience to RCE. His background includes five years in the capacity as Director of Operations for the Helicon Group. He has also worked as a business consultant for both hospitality and not for profit organizations. He received his BA from UCLA.
Steve Reiner,
National Sales Director
With over 18 years of sales management, recruiting, training and selling experience, Steve brings a strong passion to the team. As President of The True North Group, he designed, developed and delivered coaching programs and consultation for corporate sales teams. Steve is the creator of Growth Selling, a consultative sales process designed to understand client needs better. Steve graduated from Miami of Ohio.
Megan Brown, Client Relations Manager
Megan manages client relations to ensure clients receive compelling marketing and communications support. She is responsible for educating clients and providing best practices for messaging their commitment. Before joining Renewable Choice, she worked for InterCall developing marketing support tools for managing channel partners. She also managed creative development for Fortune 500 clients at Digitas, an integrated marketing agency. Megan graduated with a B.A. from Bucknell University.
Heather Philipp, Director of Residential Sales and Services
Heather joined Renewable Choice Energy with a strong background in customer relations, marketing, and fundraising management having held directorships in alumni relations, special events, communications, and development in the educational and non-profit sectors. Heather is responsible for providing exceptional service and cutting-edge educational resources to our residential customers. Heather has extensive training and development experience and received her B.A. from Naropa University.
Byron Blankenhorn, Director of Finance
Byron brings ten years of extensive experience in managing budgets, financial statements, and international business relations. Byron came to Renewable Choice from Platts McGraw-Hill where he was a senior analyst and controller. Byron graduated with an MBA from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business in 2008. He focused his studies on renewable energy project development. Byron also graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
