Vail Resorts, WhiteWave Foods on EPA's green-energy top-50 list (Excerpt)

Colorado's Vail Resorts Inc. and WhiteWave Foods Co. are on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's latest list of the nation's 50 biggest consumers of "green" energy.

According to EPA, Vail Resorts -- operator of the Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Beaver Creek ski resorts in Colorado -- purchases wind renewable energy certificates representing 151,311,000 kWh of "green" power a year.
